1) Breakfast: offered by us (with a lots of choices). But it’s also possible to have breakfast in the bar, under the home, at the angle of the street of via Giulia.
2) Kitchen using: in the evenings completely avaible . For the ones who love summer dinners in tarrace, in an open space; using kitchen, oven and barbecue.
3) washing machine and drying room: the bath room contains also the washing machine for all your needs.
4) TV and reading room: in an internal stairway, will bring you into a comfortable “mansard-roof” of 40 mq with: parquet, sofa (for 3 people), TV, dvd, table and even a whole intire collection with materials, of informations for tourists.
5) terrace: during your staying, you can use the terrace, the sun-umbrellas and chairs.
6) pets: in our B&B, your petson four paws are welcomed.
The rooms: the B&B is formed by two big rooms:
One is triple with a matrimonial with a balcony with the site on the center of the city
